Vintage Progress 200 Scooter - Parts ONLY

You are bidding on a parts lot for a rare, vintage Progress 200 scooter.  This was ONCE a complete, running, scooter, but no longer.  Some pieces are missing (not many and I can help you find them), and all are worn, rusted, or otherwise in need of restoration.  Bidder should note what is present and what is absent, and if desired, email me to exchange opinions about it.  I have not taken a full inventory of what is present and what is not.  There are plenty of quite rare pieces here in restorable condition.  The engine turns over, and the compression feels very strong although I have not tried to measure it.  If you have a Progress that you plan to restore, this will give you a big leg up.  The engine is very similar to the Sachs 200 used in the Messerschmitt KR200 microcar.  Typical engine rebuild spares (pistons, cylinders, points, condensors, clutch plates, carb parts, etc) can be sourced through the Messerschmitt Owner Club.  I can share parts books and service manuals for the Progress with the winning bidder.  If this does not sell as a parts bike, I will probably list individual components for sale in future auctions.  Cash on pick up preferred but paypal accepted.  I will not ship.  I WILL NOT SHIP!  This is pick up only in Yonkers or New Rochelle, NY.  I can refer you to an excellent reliable shipper for the lower 48 states, but you must arrange pick up.  Ebay only let me list 12 pics.  Email me for additional photos!
