Any
white spots
are from my camera & not on the mug. This is a very unique mug that is quite rare. It's very stout & heavy for its size ~ 3.5" tall & holds 8 ounces. It weighs ll ounces. The dog appears to be bead-blasted & takes on the appearance of being iridescent. There are a few markings on the bottom, but I'm sorry I can't quite make them out. One area appears to have "2 arrows" & along the bottom edge it looks like there is something written on it that is wearing off. It's in wonderful condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. There are some faint scratches from being loved through many years of use. It also appears to be molded with a seam that runs through the middle of the handle to the other side. I do not see or feel the seam on the inside.
We inherited this from a couple who always owned Dobermans their entire married life, over 60 years. They traveled all over the world several times & they could have bought this mug in another country, but I can't verify that.
