This is the op book for the Tek 2465B (also for 2445B). Will send via Prio mail envelope (media mail is slow and lacks tracking).
I ship worldwide. Ebay requires I ship only to your Ebay address with tracking and delivery confirmation, which International Airmail lacks, which is why it is not an option. EBay's Global Shipping, DHL, UPS, and FEDEX are valid international options.
