Functional Condition:
This oscilloscope has been tested and has the following issue:
The waveform display on channels 1 and 2 have spikes in them that are worse at lower frequencies. The waveforms. There is a small amount of movement in the two waveforms. Channels 3 and 4 do not recognize signal input and they do not display a waveform. The oscilloscope was tested with a signal generator between 10 MHZ and 150 MHz and it displays a waveform across the entire range on channels 1 and 2. The buttons and knobs are functional. The oscilloscope passes its internal self tests.
Cosmetic Condition:
The oscilloscope has minor wear on the exterior. The handle is missing. The control panel and screen are in good condition.
