1966 175cc MERCURIO
GOOD MANNERS, BUT A TOUCH OF WILDNESS
Study the clean design of a ’66 Mercurio. The colors gleam:
metallic blue or candy-red; silver trim. The Merc has 17"
wheels, so you can plant both feet on the ground at traffic
lights. The machine only weighs 204 pounds, so putting it on
or off its centerstand is no problem.
See how well the Mercurio behaves when you ride it in
town. Then hunt up a narrow, twisty country road and straighten
out the corners, fast. The Mercurio holds its line beautifully,
and that’s what Bultaco is all about.
From a standing start, get everything the Mercurio’s got.
It’ll surprise you; it goes to 80 mph, suddenly. Carry a passenger
on your roomy saddle, and the bike still comes on strong. The
engine is powerful, yet reliable.
The ’66 Mercurio has a new rear wheel, higher bars, better
lighting, and a suede saddle strip. Best of all is the price: 5,
fob Sch’y (West, slightly higher). For a light, powerful, reli-
able 175 with the famous Bultaco handling, see your dealer or
write for Brochure 13-B.
